Bring your map
to life

Static, animated or interactive.

Invite your visitor
into your world

Complex data or stories can be brought to life in a digital representation of physical space.

Using animation, layers and geographic data we create dynamic maps and interactive experiences that invite your visitor into your world.

Benefits of an interactive map

A static map can serve many purposes. But adding interactivity allows a user to investigate, increasing engagement with the content and improving conversion.

Maps are perfect for presenting physical data. By adding an interactive component this data can also be viewed on the extra dimension of time, revealing trends and processes.

While attention spans are shortening, visitors love to take control over what information they're being presented with. In a dynamic map a user can take control and determine the pace and complexity.

A few examples

A custom experience of your world.

A custom made map enables a rich experience with lots to discover. Users will become highly immersed as they playfully engage with your story.

An informative map of the city.

A dynamic map of the city can inform citizens of relevant changes to their living environment as they view different layers of information and data.

A complex data visualisation.

Global processes can be made comprehensible when dimensions of time and space come together in an interactive world map. Layers, filters and sliders can help reveal a datasets' most cherished secrets.

All the room for specific needs

A story or data can be presented in many different styles, scales and techniques.

Luckily, we're familiar with libraries such as Mapbox and Leaflet and know our way around GeoJSONs. Does this not ring a bell? That's okay. We can save you the technical details and focus on style and content.

Have any specific wishes or are you curious to see if we can come up with ideas to take your map to a higher level?

We loved working with

A map in 3 steps

Developing a map is a collective effort, but we'll do the heavy lifting! After the proposal, including the briefing, first concept, planning and price indication, we get to work:

1. Concept
We translate your question to a concept in which we sketch how your goal will be reached. We also think about the format and technological options.
2. Design
We structure information and user flow in a functional design, design the structure and coherence of your product into a wireframe, which will then be graphically visualized according to your taste.

We make wireframes interactive. This way you can have a sample of user experience early in the process.
3. Development
In the development phase, technical realization of your map takes place. We also do extensive testing, and deploy your map in the desired environment.
